Proverbs 3:19-26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYahweh by wisdom founded the earth, by discernment He established the heavens. By His knowledge the deeps were split up and the skies drip with dew\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Perhaps you are wondering how the world and people amassing so much trouble leading to the destruction of our life and existence. The basic answer is \u201cSIN\u201d, and the other profound answer is \u201cRebellion against God.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proverbs tells us several times that we are to seek wisdom and treasure it. The Bible reveals that this \u201cwisdom\u201d is not only from God but ultimately it is the LORD Himself \u2013 Yahweh. In short, Yahweh is wisdom. God is the wisdom we must seek. Through Christ Jesus His Son, we can have access eternally to God and in Christ, wisdom is perpetual!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does this portion trying to show us about Yahweh and man?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yahweh is Omnipotent or all-powerful and almighty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there any man who can make a planet bigger than the earth, duplicate the heavens and manipulate the skies and the oceans with human knowledge? NONE. That is the reason why we need to seek God and be more dependent on Him than ourselves because Yahweh can do anything with His perfect wisdom, understanding, and knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are Finite Beings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another reason is that we are inclined to deviate from what is good, beautiful, true, and perfect. We have to be constantly reminded by God\u2019s word that failing to seek and obey God results in an unwanted and unpleasing kind of life and that by pursuing Yahweh, there is life (3:21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We become fools not knowing what matters in life, careless, insecure, weak, and afraid of so many things. But having Yahweh in our life as wisdom, we become truth seekers and guardians, we become vigilant, cautious, secure, confident, and strong even amidst life\u2019s storms and uncertainly. We become wise. courageous, at peace, and unrattled despite enemies\u2019 presence (3:22-25).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is our foundation for confidence and hope \u201cFor Yahweh will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught\u201d <\/em>(3:26). Yahweh is our wisdom and life. Who does not want this life? Only the fool and the wicked will reject this kind of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be wise, seek Yahweh, and put your trust in Christ Jesus the Lord for He died on the cross for your sins, He rose from the dead proving He defeated death, repent from your sins, and be saved today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
